It is examining the felicity of a NANDA nursing-diagnosis label based on the taken-up a case, and clarifying about the result in a study meeting.  An object, 31 case used at 15 times of the held study meetings 13 for years February,2001 to February, 2006.  ｢NANDA-1 NURSING DIAGNOSES definition and classification｣ (2006-2008), it compared with definition diagnostic index and the related factor of and the risk factor, and the congruous nursing-diagnosis  labels were judged to be things with felicity.  Moreover, the chiefs who have the experience to training and a society concerning  the felicity of a nursing-diagnosis label one researcher and nursing diagnosis 3～4 persons examined.  As a result, at the study meeting held for all the nurse, the felicity of the nursing-diagnosis label suited the tendency  which becomes high with 35.6%～51.1%.  Although the study meeting held for every post of its also became  still higher with 68.8%, 33.3%～100.0%, and a difference were seen for the felicity of the nursing-diagnosis label.  The extracted nursing-diagnosis labels are a <risk for infection>, <self care de>, and <less than body requirements>, and the high nursing-diagnosis label of felicity <Constipation>, <sleep pattern>, <acute pain> and the nursing-diagnosis label with the lowest felicity was <uneasy>.
