Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、喫煙妊婦の喫煙継続に関する要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。道内の産科5施設の妊婦健康診査に来院した妊婦450名へ質問用紙を配布し、228名からの回答が得られた。喫煙していない妊婦151名、妊娠を機に禁煙した妊婦48名、喫煙している妊婦29名であった。質問内容は、妊婦の年齢、妊娠月数、妊娠歴、職業の有無、同居している家族の構成、妊娠経過の異常の有無の6項目、喫煙に関する項目として、同居家族の喫煙の有無、親しい友人の喫煙の有無、喫煙開始年齢、妊娠前の喫煙本数、喫煙の影響に関する知識(9項目)、妊娠を機に禁煙した理由の計20項目を調査した。また、質問内容には自作の子どもへの愛着に関する項目を含めた。その結果、喫煙継続妊婦は、喫煙の影響に関する知識を持っているが、妊娠を機に禁煙した妊婦より喫煙期間が長いこと、喫煙本数が多く、喫煙の習慣化・ニコチン依存に陥り、容易に禁煙できない状況に置かれていることがわかった。また、喫煙している妊婦は、子どもへの愛着が低い傾向があることがわかった。そのため、周産期ケアに携わる看護者は、妊婦の禁煙の支援にあたるとともに、胎児への愛着が増すように働きかける必要がある。また、喫煙している妊婦に対し、禁煙は容易ではない状態であることに理解を示しながらも、妊婦および夫と共に喫煙習慣を見直し、代償となる行動を考え、妊婦の思いを聴きながら根気強く支援していくことの必要性が示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本赤十字北海道看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"40020462948","subitem_relation_type_select":"NAID"}}]},"item_10002_rights_15":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"日本赤十字北海道看護大学","subitem_rights_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11558248","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-1745","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{}],"affiliationNames":[{}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"山口,
