Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2011年6月、「障害者虐待の防止、障害者の養護者に対する支援等に関する法律」（以下、「障害者虐待防止法」)が成立した。しかし残念ながら、障害者虐待防止法施行後も、障害者虐待事件の報道は絶えない。\n　そこで、日本の障害者虐待に関する文献を概観し、障害者虐待研究の実態を把握することで今後の課題を明らかにすることを目的に、研究を行った。\n　科学技術文献情報データベースJDreamⅢクイックサーチ機能を用いて、科学技術文献と医学薬学文献を、「障害者」と「虐待」で検索したところ、1975年から1988年までは文献がなく、最古のものは1989年の文献であった。2012年の障害者虐待防止法施行頃から2015年に絞って同様に検索したところ254文献であった。そのうち、被虐待者、虐待のリスクの高い人として児童に関心を寄せたものが204文献、高齢者に関心を寄せたものが17文献、障害者に関心を寄せたものが50文献、対象の記載や限定のないものが3文献であった。2012年からの4年間で、「障害者」と「虐待」のキーワードで254文献検索されたが、うち50文献のみが障害者虐待に関心を寄せたものであった。この50文献のうち、原著論文は10文献であった。そのうち5文献は、障害の種類や施設の種類等を絞らずに、社会全体で障害者虐待を防止し、早期発見したいとの観点から書かれていた。\n　虐待がまだ多い現状に鑑み、今後も障害者虐待に関する研究を行う必要があると考えられた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本赤十字北海道看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_rights_15":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"日本赤十字北海道看護大学","subitem_rights_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"13461745","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{}],"affiliationNames":[{}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"吉谷,
