Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、郊外にへき地保育所をもつＡ市保育所における事故対策の現状と課題を明らかにすることを目的として行った。保育士を対象に質問紙調査を実施し、郵送法にて回収し91名（回収率43.8％）から回答を得た。結果、回答した保育士が務める保育所では、事故対策の研修参加の承認（87.9％）、ヒヤリ・ハット体験の共有（69.2％）、職場での継続教育（53.8％）を実施していた。特にへき地・季節保育所では、職場での継続教育（37.5％）の実施、PBLS（Pediatric Basic Life Support）の受講経験は87.5％であり、BLS（Basic Life Support）の受講経験100％に比べ割合が低かった。また、保育所にAED（Automated External Defibrillator）設置はなかった。課題は、継続教育やPBLS の定期受講、AED
