Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"pdf","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本学では平成28年度より、入学早期に健康な対象者とのコミュニケーションを通した人間関係の構築が図れることを目的とし「基礎看護学実習Ⅰ」を実施している。本報告は、その学習効果を、学生の自己評価、および学びのレポートから評価し、実習指導および運営の在り方について示唆を得るものである。\n　アンケート調査では102名（回収率93.6％）の回答があり、レポートについては104名の協力が得られた。全ての目標に対して、「よくできた」「まあまあできた」を合わせた回答が90％以上であった。学びのレポートでは、実習目標の対象者への自己紹介およびコミュニケーション技法を用いた体験、自己のコミュニケーションの振り返りを通した自分の特徴および今後の課題の明確化に関する記述が多かった。異世代と関わる機会が少なく、コミュニケーション体験が少ないこれまでの環境で、日常あまり接したことのない対象との交流や、様々な体験を意欲的にできた満足感や達成感が高評価に繋がったことが伺われた。また、健康障害のある対象との関わりの難しさを予測し、コミュニケーションの重要性や看護職としての適応性についてを考える記述もあった。しかし、実習目標のコミュニケーション概念などの理解や、教員とのコミュニケーション（報告・連絡・相談）に関する学びの記述は少なく、実習目標設定および内容の検討の必要性が示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本赤十字北海道看護大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_rights_15":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"日本赤十字北海道看護大学","subitem_rights_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1346-1745","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{}],"affiliationNames":[{}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"山口,
